SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State football announced its complete 12-game schedule for the 2022 season, highlighted by home matchups against App State, Southern Miss, Arkansas State, Louisiana, FIU and Houston Baptist.
The Bobcats' schedule features four nonconference games and eight Sun Belt Conference contests, six of which are against divisional opponents and the other two against opponents from the opposite division.
The 2022 season gets underway with the opener at Nevada in week one on Saturday, Sept. 3. The first home game of the season is set for the following week as they host FIU under the lights on Friday, Sept.
