NEW ORLEANS – The Texas State baseball team was picked to win the Sun Belt Conference West Division as picked by the league's head coaches and announced by the conference office on Monday.
The Bobcats totaled 65 points and received six first-place votes. Right behind them was UT Arlington with 58 points and four first-place selections. Louisiana picked up two first-place votes and finished with 52 points to round out the top three.
Coming in fourth in the West Division was Little Rock (33 pts), followed by ULM (27) and Arkansas State (13) respectively.
