SAN MARCOS, Texas — On the heels of its three-game sweep of Georgia Southern last weekend, the Texas State softball program will be back in action on Wednesday, April 28 when the Bobcats play its final home non-conference contest of the season when Houston Baptist comes to Bobcat Softball Stadium.
The game, slated for 5 p.m. CT, can also be viewed on ESPN+ with Brant Freeman and Cat Osterman describing the action on the diamond.

The decision as to who will get the softball in the pitching circle first for Texas State against Houston Baptist remains a toss-up at this moment, but looking at last week's pitching numbers, whoever get the starting assignment will be riding a wave of momentum.
