SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State soccer team is back on the road this weekend with two Sun Belt Conference matches. First up on the trip is Louisiana on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Ragin' Cajun Soccer/Track Complex followed by a Sunday contest at 1 p.m. against preseason favorite South Alabama at The Cage.
Heading into the weekend, both the Bobcats and Jaguars are 3-5-0 on the season and 1-0-0 in conference play while the Ragin' Cajuns are 1-6-1 overall and 0-1-0 in the Sun Belt.
TXST opened conference action with a 4-0 victory on Friday against ULM at home that was also the program's third annual Teal Match.
