MARICOPA, Arizona – The Texas State men's golf team wrapped up postseason action at the three-day National Golf Invitational hosted at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Arizona.
Freshman Jaxon Donaldson (73-69-73--215) was the top finisher for the Bobcats at the event, shooting a 1-under 215 tournament that included a second round 69, his fifth round in the 60s this season. The -1 was good to tie for 12th, giving Donaldson his highest finish of his opening campaign as a Bobcat.
Ohio State won the team title at 26-under ahead of runner-up Utah State (-19) and third-place Oregon State (-7).
