LAFAYETTE, La. – The Texas State men's golf team completed play at the 34th annual Louisiana Classics with a sixth place finish among a field of 15 teams Tuesday morning. The Bobcats completed the tournament with a three-day team total score of 886 (297-295-294) at the Oakbourne Country Club.
Individually, Logan Lockwood led the Bobcats at even par with three-round total of 216 (75-72-69) to finish tied for sixth place in a field of 87 golfers. Lockwood shot a season-low 3-under-par with three birdies and no bogeys in the final round. Calvin Ross tied for 18th in the individual standings after posting a three-round total of 221 (70-76-75).
