Bobcats Face UTSA in I-35 Rivalry

SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State men's basketball team looks to make it two straight victories over I-35 rival UTSA on Friday. The game is scheduled to tip at 7:30 p.m. in the Convocation Center.

Heading into the game, the Bobcats are 2-2 on the season while the Roadrunners are 1-4.

Last Time Out
In Monday's home opener, Texas State fell by four points to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Kavin Gilder-Tilbury led all players with 20 points and nine rebounds. It was the second game in-a-row for the senior to score 20 or more points, becoming the first Bobcat under head coach Danny Kaspar to do so and first since Joel Wright did so during the 2013 Western Athletic Conference Tournament.
