NEW ORLEANS, La. — For the second time during the 2021 regular season, the Texas State softball program has swept the Sun Belt Conference's weekly awards as Sara Vanderford and Jessica Mullins were named the league's player and pitcher of the week, respectively, the conference announced Monday morning.
"What a great way to finish the regular season for these two young ladies and this team," said Texas State softball head coach Ricci Woodard. "The future is bright for Texas State with these two in Bobcat uniforms for the next three years!
