SAN MARCOS, Texas — The Texas State softball team will be making the quick trip up I-35 on Wednesday afternoon as the Bobcats will square off with the seventh-ranked Texas Longhorns in Austin.
First pitch at McCombs Field is slated for 5 p.m. CT, and the contest will be broadcasted on the Longhorn Network.
Texas State (2-0) is coming off a season-opening sweep of Abilene Christian, 6-0 and 6-2, on Monday afternoon.
