SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State football's 2022 newcomer class grew by 14 on Thursday as head coach Jake Spavital announced the group of early summer arrivals.
The summer group of 14 includes 10 FBS transfers, two FCS transfers, a junior college transfer, and a high school signee. Of the 13 with college experience, they have combined to play in 152 career games and 137 at the FBS level.
From a position group standpoint, there are nine offensive players and five on the defensive side.
