SAN MARCO, Texas – The Texas State University Department of Athletics and Oak Farms Dairy honored 91 student-athletes for their academic achievement at Texas State's 2017 annual Oak Farms Dairy Athletics Academic Awards ceremony that was held on Monday in the J. Garland Warren Room at Bobcat Stadium. Each of the student-athletes who were honored have maintained a grade-point average of 3.5 or better during the 2016 spring and/or fall semesters.
A total of 38 student-athletes across 11 programs received "Cream of the Crop" awards after maintaining a 4.0 GPA during either the spring 2016, fall 2016 or both semesters.
