SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State Director of Athletics Dr. Larry Teis announced Thursday afternoon that the Bobcat football program has agreed to a three-game contract with Baylor University.
The Bobcats will play host to the Bears out of the Big 12 Conference on Sept. 4, 2021. TXST will then travel to Waco for a pair of contests on Sept. 17, 2022 and Sept. 2, 2023.
"We are extremely excited about announcing this series for our fans and student-athletes," Teis said. "It will be great to welcome back a Big 12 Conference university to Bobcat Stadium.
