NEW ORLEANS – Texas State's Madi Goss and Avery Thies were both named to an All-Sun Belt Conference team, as announced by the league office on Monday. Goss was a first team selection and Thies was picked to the second team.
It is the first all-conference honors for both student-athletes. They are also the first Bobcats since 2019 to be named to either All-Sun Belt squad.
Goss concluded the regular season with nine goals, six of which came in conference play, and three assists to total 21 points. Both her league and overall goal totals are tied for the second most in the Sun Belt.
