SAN MARCOS, Texas – Kat Conner, the only head coach in Texas State soccer history, earned her 200th career win Sunday afternoon at the Bobcat Soccer Complex as the Bobcats downed Arkansas State 2-1. Netting both goals for TXST was junior Kaylee Davis with one coming in each half.
The Bobcats improved to 6-5-1 on the season, the first time they are over .500 this year, and continue to sit atop the Sun Belt Conference standings with a 4-0-1 record. The Red Wolves dropped their second straight match to fall to 5-4-2 overall and 2-2-0 in conference play.
