The Texas Rangers are still in the market for a catching upgrade this offseason and it seems their top target Robinson Chirinos is nearing a decision on his baseball future. Formerly a core piece of the Rangers organization and a long-time fan favorite, the club has been linked with a reunion and has reportedly had discussions with the veteran about coming back to Arlington. Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reported on Thursday that Chirinos joins former teammate Will Harris as the likely free agents to be next off the board.
The next two free agents to come off the board could be Will Harris and Robinson Chirinos.
