The Texas Rangers welcome the division rival Oakland Athletics to Surprise, Arizona for a 7 inning tussle at Surprise Stadium today.
LHP Taylor Hearn will make the start if John Blake is to be believed though RHP Jason Bahr remains listed as today’s starter on the Rangers/MLB website. Nevertheless, LHP Jesus Luzardo is definitely starting for the A’s (probably?).
Pitchers Bahr, Jose Leclerc, Jake Latz, and Spencer Patton are also on the docket to toss some innings for Texas today.
