Postive COVID test for Roughrider player

A member of the Frisco Roughriders has tested positive for COVID-19, the team has announced. The player has not been identified. The organization is conducting contact tracing and additional testing, and has indicated that the Roughriders will not have their full roster available for Sunday’s game, though the game is currently still scheduled to be played.

The Roughriders had Josh Jung, who was DHing, warming up in the bullpen in the eighth inning on Saturday. Catcher Jordan Procyshen pitched the ninth inning of what had been a close game. I would have to think that that has something to do with the positive test, and players not being able, as a result, to play last night.
