Minor league update for 5/8/21

It is very nice to have minor league games again, and minor league box scores to obsess over...

Joe Palumbo had a strong first inning for Round Rock, but had command issues after the first, and ended up giving up 3 runs (2 earned) on 4 hits and 2 walks in 2.1 IP, striking out 4. Ryder Ryan had a scoreless inning of work, and Hunter Wood, who has been talked about as a potential addition to the pen in the majors at some point this year, retired all 5 batters he faced, 3 by strike out.

Curtis Terry continued his early season mashing, homering twice, and Carl Chester picked up his second home run of the year.
