Jared Hoying will celebrate Father’s Day Sunday for the first time as a dad. He and his wife Tiffany gave birth to daughter Carly Ann last November.
They’ll be at Globe Life Park this weekend to help celebrate.
“You always celebrated your dad’s Father’s Day. Now having my own little one it’s pretty special,” Hoying said. “To see that big smile all the time, there’s nothing better.”
Having a child has helped put baseball in perspective, Hoying said.
“It just changes your perspective on life. Instead of worrying about your self, all I worry about now is my wife and my daughter,” he said.
