Is it possible the Rangers could be the worst team in the AL West this year?
Mosley: We'll always have the A's. I think the Rangers will do enough at the plate to finish in front of that outfit. The bullpen could actually exceed our expectations, but I'm not sure what to make of this starting rotation. I've seen guys bounce back in the past. This is a big "change of scenery" staff.
