Corey Seager is struggling against lefties

The Texas Rangers offense so far in 2024 has been...not bad. Fine. Kind of good, even, objectively speaking. The team has an OPS+ and a wRC+ of 104, meaning that, park and league adjusted, the offense has been 4% above average.

However...the Texas Rangers offense was not supposed to just be not bad, fine, kind of good. After being at or near the top of just about every offensive category among American League teams in 2023, the offense was supposed to be excellent again in 2024, particularly with the addition of Evan Carter (for a full season) and Wyatt Langford.
