ARLINGTON - Manager Jeff Banister will meet with his hitting coaches, Anthony Iapoce and Justin Mashore, on Thursday before the Rangers open a series at the New York Yankees.
Banister and the coaches will review what went wrong in an 11-7 win against Seattle on Wednesday at Globe Life Park.
What went wrong?
How could anything have gone wrong with a lineup that produced season-highs for hits (19) and extra-base hits (8) while putting together four multi-run innings?
There was the matter of scoring only three times in eight chances with a runner at third and fewer than two outs.
