As clock keeps ticking on Adrian Beltre's career, his drive for the elusive World Series title heightens

ARLINGTON -- The reality finally started to set in for Adrian Beltre Tuesday.

For the fourth time in his six years with the Rangers, he came back to Globe Life Park close to his ultimate not goal, but not close enough. While Toronto and Cleveland were preparing for the AL Championship Series, Beltre packed up his locker knowing he is one year closer to retirement and one more chance at a world championship gone.
