The Rangers received some bad news as they prepare to kick off the second half of the season. Jake Burger is hurt again, meaning another stint on the 10-day injured list. He will be eligible to return on July 23 after jamming his left quad running out a grounder just a few games before the All-Star Break.
What's even more concerning is the word out of Arlington is that the organization currently isn't sure how they will replace the first baseman.
Rangers don't have a plan to replace the injured Jake Burger
From a production standpoint, losing Burger for the first few weeks of the second half shouldn't be what worries Ranger fans.
