The 2021 Texas Rangers ZiPS projections are out at Fangraphs, and so it is time for our annual series of over/under polls. Over the next few weeks, we will take a Ranger player and ask whether you think he will put up an OPS in 2021 over or under the OPS projected for him by ZiPS, if he is a position player.
