The No. 2 University of Texas women's golf team will begin its postseason journey May 6-8 at the NCAA Norman Regional, which will take place at the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club.
The Big 12 Champion Longhorns are the No. 1 seed in Norman in the 2019 NCAA Division I Women's Golf field, which was unveiled on Wednesday afternoon. The other No. 1 seeds in the 2019 field include Duke (Auburn), Southern California (Cle Elum) and Stanford (East Lansing).
Seventy-two teams and 24 individuals have been selected to compete at one of four regional championships, each featuring 18 teams and six individuals.
