Week 7 was an excellent week for SEC football in general. There were upsets, unusually close games, and blowouts littered throughout the conference games on Saturday.
One of the absolute best games of the day ended up being the Red River Rivalry, where the Texas Longhorns were able to finally execute their offense on a fairly consistent basis for four quarters. Arch Manning looked great throughout the entire game and he was undoubtedly the main reason why the Longhorns had as much success as they did.
The defense also played lights-out again, sacking Oklahoma QB John Mateer five times and intercepting him three times on Saturday.
