NORMAN, Okla. – Texas Volleyball swept Oklahoma, 25-18, 25-16, 25-21, in the season-opening match on Thursday at McCasland Field House.
Junior Logan Eggleston led the team with 17 kills, hitting .406, adding two digs and a block. Skyler Fields added 13 kills, while Molly Phillips had nine kills and five blocks. Brionne Butler finished with five kills and a team-high six blocks.
Jhenna Gabriel totaled 37 assists on the match and added five digs. Morgan O'Brien had 14 digs in her Texas debut, adding three assists.
