Volleyball earns No. 4 seed in 2020 NCAA Volleyball Championship

AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Volleyball found out their postseason fate on Sunday as the NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball committee announced the Longhorns had earned the No. 4 overall seed in the 2020 NCAA Volleyball Championship.

As one of the Top 16 seeds in the tournament, the Longhorns receive a bye into the second round. Texas will play the winner of the first-round matchup between Samford and Wright State.

This is the Longhorns second-straight Top Four seed after being named the No. 2 seed in the 2019 NCAA Championship.

The first round is Wednesday, April 14, and the second round will be April 15.
