National Champion QB Vince Young tore his hamstring during a recent practice with his CFL team, the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Now, VY will be out about one month, according to the Roughriders.
Young was trying to make the roster as a backup QB. But now he might not make the roster at all because of his injury.
“It’s tough to get evaluated if you’re not out there playing,” said head coach Chris Jones. “Vince is up against it. He’s been around football before and he knows exactly what he’s got to do to get back healthy and get back out and start competing.
