AUSTIN, Texas — Texas women's basketball head coach Vic Schaefer will once again pledge $10,000 if 10,000 fans show up for the Longhorns regular season home finale vs. Baylor on Monday, February 27 at 6:00 p.m. CT.
Money raised will go to the Neighborhood Longhorns Program. Over $100,00 was raised in the Longhorns 10K for 10K game last season.
The Neighborhood Longhorns Program is the premier educational outreach program for the University of Texas at Austin offering economically disadvantaged 2nd through 8th graders the opportunity to envision attending college through incentives and scholarships.
