AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Texas Tower will be lit in burnt orange tonight to commemorate the Texas Women's Swimming and Diving's 2022 Big 12 Conference Championship.
Per campus tradition, the University recognizes UT sports programs who win a conference team championship with a burnt orange lighting of the campus landmark.
Tonight, the University will commemorate the team capturing the 2022 Big 12 Championship, the Longhorns' 10th consecutive conference title and 21st Big 12 Conference crown in program history. The Longhorns swept all 21 events at the championship meet, setting seven meet and six conference records in the process.
