Longhorns WR Aaron Butler and CB Santana Wilson have officially notified Texas that they'll be entering the transfer portal today. This comes shortly after DT Melvin Hills III jumped in the portal yesterday.
Butler finished his second season at Texas in 2025 after redshirting as a true freshman in 2024. It was honestly pretty surprising that he didn't see the field much this year after drawing a good amount of hype throughout the spring. He was a 4-star recruit and ranked as the No.24 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to 247Sports' composite rankings.
