Track & Field drops five personal-records on second night of Bryan Clay Invite

AZUSA, Calif. - The University of Texas Track & Field team set five new personal-records in the 5000m and 3000mS on the second night of the 2019 Bryan Clay Invitational inside of Cougar Stadium.

The night was highlighted by Texas senior Alex Rogers breaking a 30-year school record in the 5000m with a time of 13:43.97 and Anna McDonald dropping the third-fastest performance in school history in the 3000m steeplechase, going 10:14.12 for a new personal record. Meghan Lloyd, the school-record holder in the event, set the 10th-quickest performance (10:29.
