Following practice on Thursday, Texas Longhorns head coach Tom Herman provided his typical injury update heading into Saturday’s game against the No. 20 Kansas State Wildcats in Austin.
Sophomore safety Caden Sterns (knee) and sophomore safety BJ Foster (shoulder) will both return to action against the Wildcats. Sterns hasn’t played since the Oklahoma State game in late September.
Several other players are cleared, but will be game-time decisions on Saturday, including senior linebacker Jeffrey McCulloch (dislocated shoulder), sophomore safety DeMarvion Overshown (shoulder), and freshman running back Jordan Whittington (sports hernia).
