Three from Men’s Tennis earn four ITA All-America honors

Austin, Texas – Three members of the Texas Men's Tennis team earned a total of four All-America honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), the organization announced Thursday. Junior Yuya Ito was recognized in singles, senior Harrison Scott in doubles, and junior Christian Sigsgaard in both singles and doubles.

It marks the first time since 2008 that three Longhorns have been named All-Americans in the same season when Ed Corrie (doubles), Kellen Damico (doubles) and Dimitar Kutrovsky (singles) were. It is also the first time since 2006 for Texas to earn a total of four honors in a season when Callum Beale (singles and doubles), Travis Helgeson (singles) and Miguel Reyes-Varela (doubles) did so.
