After getting back into the win column last Saturday, the Texas Longhorns (3-2, 2-2) have an opportunity to close the month on a high note and capture some much-needed momentum today on the road against the No. 6 Oklahoma State Cowboys (4-0, 3-0).
Interestingly enough, despite Texas’ early struggles, ESPN’s FPI projects the Horns as slight road favorites (52.3%), though the line tilts narrowly in Oklahoma State’s favor at 3.5. Whether it’ remaining perfect and atop the Big 12 or salvaging a season and likely climbing back into the polls, each team has plenty to play for on Halloween.
