Twelve Texas Track & Field athletes will represent their native countries at the IAAF World Championships this fall, highlighted by USA 100-meter national champion Teahna Daniels.
AUSTIN, Texas – Twelve of the world's best athletes, all of whom have connections to the Texas Track & Field program, have qualified for the 2019 IAAF World Championships, which are scheduled to begin Sept. 28 in Doha, Qatar. Ten of the 12 Worlds qualifiers earned their spots with Team USA this past weekend at the Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships in Des Moines, Iowa.
