Announced on Wednesday, the final, official decision from Shepherd will come down to Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, and Texas.
Committed to the Longhorns since last summer and set to take an official visit to Austin this weekend, Shepherd has always taken recent official visits to College Station, Athens, and Tuscaloosa after declining to sign during the early period.
