On the most quiet of National Signing Days for the Texas Longhorns, the school officially announced the addition of wide receiver Bru McCoy:
McCoy experienced quite a journey since the early signing period, when he quietly signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the USC Trojans before publicly announcing his decision at the All-American Bowl in early January.
By the time that McCoy enrolled in classes at USC, however, offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury had already ended his own brief stint with the Trojans when he accepted the head coaching job with the Arizona Cardinals.
