One of the state’s more dynamic talents now has a Texas Longhorns offer in hand, as Fort Bend Marshall wide receiver Devon Achane has added invitation from Tom Herman’s program, per a report from Rivals’ Sam Spiegelman.
Last December, BON’s Joe Hamilton detailed why Achane is a prospect Texas should get involved with, largely due to his undeniable speed:
