Texas extended an offer out to the DMV area earlier today, as they offered Baltimore (MD) St. Frances Academy four star linebacker Aaron Willis.
Willis committed to Virginia Tech back in 2018, but he opted to re-open his recruitment last spring.
Willis is closing in on 20 FBS offers to date, which includes the likes of Alabama, LSU, Maryland, and Tennessee.
Willis is the 9th ranked outside linebacker in the country according to 247Sports composite rankings and is the 110th ranked player overall.
