Texas extended an offer earlier today to 2022 Katy defensive end Malick Sylla. Sylla is currently unranked per 247Sports, but after a quick look at his sophomore tape I imagine that will change in the near future.
Sylla has seen his stock take off recently, as Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and USC have already recently extended offers.
Sylla checks in at 6’5, 225 pounds with good length, and is already pretty disruptive on tape. Things are probably just heating up for the sophomore edge rusher and I imagine plenty more schools are going to come calling this spring.
