Visitors continue to flock to the Forty Acres with the Texas Longhorns hosting Mission Hills (Calif.) Bishop Aliemany athlete Larry Turner-Gooden on Monday.
The previous Texas staff offered the consensus four-star prospect in the spring of 2020 and the new staff continued to recruit Turner-Gooden when they arrived in Austin. But Turner-Gooden opted to commit to Arizona State in late February.
Now there may be an opportunity for Texas and other programs to get involved with Turner-Gooden because of alleged recruiting violations in Tempe that are being called a “PR nightmare.
