One of college basketball’s top programs will be making a trip to Austin next season.
According to CBS Sports insider Jon Rothstein, the Texas Longhorns and Gonzaga Bulldogs have agreed to a 2021-22 home-and-home series on the hardwood.
The Longhorns will play Gonzaga at the Erwin Center on Friday Nov. 13, 2020. The return game will be played at the rowdy McCarthey Athletic Center in Spokane the following season.
Dating back to the 2004-05 season, Mark Few’s program ranks second nationally with a home winning percentage of 93.
