It’s officially list season in the college football universe and the Texas football program is going to hear their name mentioned all around the building hype and speculation for 2020. Texas finished up their 2019 season with a record of 8-5 (5-4 Big 12). They salvaged a letdown of a 2019 regular season by beating the No. 11 ranked Utah Utes in the Alamo Bowl by the final score of 38-10.
That eighth win was enough for the Texas Longhorns football program to get a lot of budding hype heading into the 2020 offseason. With all the way-too-early top 25 rankings that are about to drop in the coming days and weeks, seeing where the Longhorns fall on each respective list will be interesting.
