There were some notable events that transpired on Aug. 17 concerning new head coach Steve Sarkisian and the Texas football program. An initial portion of the depth chart following the first fall scrimmage came together this week. And one of the more notable parts of what we did see from this pecking order in fall camp was at the wide receiver position.
According to Inside Texas on Aug. 17 (paid content), the top three wide receivers in the first unit in practice this week were redshirt sophomore Jordan Whittington, redshirt junior Joshua Moore, and true freshman Xavier Worthy.
