To say the very least, Texas football left a little bit to be desired out on the field in the first two weeks of the 2018 regular season. The biggest opportunity for the Longhorns to get a huge win in the coming weeks on the Forty Acres at DKR is in Week 3 against the No. 21 USC Trojans. This is the second straight year that the Horns face the Trojans.
The Maryland Terrapins did pose a big challenge for the Horns the last two seasons, although it shouldn’t have, but USC is a much bigger test. Texas played the Trojans very close last season on the road and now get the chance to pull off the huge upset at home.
