The head coach of the Texas football program Tom Herman helped out in the battle against the spread of novel coronavirus domestically of late. Herman’s family is helping out in the fight against COVID-19 and its outbreak in the state of Texas.
The Central Texas Food Bank apparently received a sizable donation from the Herman family this week. This came in the midst of all the discussion surrounding what could happen with the Texas Longhorns football program as spring camp was already supposed to be underway. Yet, pretty much every major sport around the country is placed on hiatus at the moment if it was set to have actual game action this month.
