Offers are already starting to pour out from head coach Tom Herman and his staff to various potential targets of the 2023 Texas football recruiting class. And the Texas coaching staff is surely getting a lot of their energy in the right place with a good portion of the offers they’ve sent out to prospects on the recruiting trail in the last three months.
Given the weird offseason for the Longhorns and the ever-changing times the world is going through of late, focusing all the way up to the 2023 recruiting class almost seems surreal.
